Hmmm, artistic, expressive & interesting photo, JC! I am not sure of it is the side panel of a window or the side of a building. If there is graffiti, it must be there in black (in the shape of a heart?), not sure. Anyway, it could be the blocks that you are referring to (in the shape of gold bars?), not sure.
Naturellement, cette chanson de Neil Young est un classique!

El arte se percibe primeramente por la vista, y yo veo un corazon de oro -"Heart of Gold"- aprisionado en la fragil y misteriosa silueta de una muralla de contension. Mi amigo, asi veo enfocado tu magnifico arte. Me gusta. Saludos
